AI Literacy for Teachers: How our workshop model strengthens AI skills

How can teachers not only use generative AI, but also critically question it? Our new study presents an interactive workshop model that playfully familiarizes teachers with the opportunities and challenges of AI. Through practical prompts, manipulation experiments and targeted “aha moments”, AI becomes tangible – with measurably better results in the participants’ self-assessment.
