On May 2, 2024, the students of class 8T of the BORG Monsbergergasse had the opportunity to get to know the world of AI avatars in a workshop. The workshop was led by Prof. Klamminger-Brünner and Benedikt Brünner from TU Graz and showed how to create educational videos with AI technology.

During the workshop, the students were not only spectators, but also actively participated in empirical educational research. This research focused on how AI avatars can influence learning. There was also a discussion about the future applications of AI in education and work, in particular how it can enrich teaching and optimize work processes.

This event showed what is now possible with new technologies and how they could be integrated into lessons. Pupils are being prepared to live and work in an increasingly digital world.
